I'm living...

So this is going to be a big update.

FIRST: I redid my whole blog page!!! I love the royal Marie Antoinette look, but i also like neon. I got the idea from the Juicy Couture store here. I made the visuals in photoshop. The music is for fun! Make sure you listen and let me know what you think!!

I don't remember what has all happened since the last time I have written but I DO KNOW alot has been going on for sure!

ALIVE has kept me busy with fashion week these past two weeks! Its been fun but also eye opening. By eye opening, I mean that I like fashion, I love the runway shows, but I can't work for a magazine or that industry fully. Nothing against ALIVE, the workers are all nice, but its just not something I want to dive my whole life into.

Some of you may think this kind of crazy but I think of it as a "meh" event. At the opening event to fashion week I was able to not "meet" but see, be in the same room, and stand 4 feet away from George Clooney! ha. It was..different. Odd seeing him in person when I picture him in E.R. and Oceans Eleven. But it was also kind of cool. Funny part is I was working and being professional, so it really didnt phase me as much.

The second "celebrity" I met was at the second fashion event. I didnt even realize I met him until after. I was standing right next to him when Pam, a girl that is at the internship with me came up to me and asked if i took a photo of him yet. I was like, uhh, who is he? She said, "Uh he is kind of famous." I asked who he was again and she informed me he was a pro BMX or sport person Carey Hart who was the recent ex to singer Pink. After that I remembered seeing him in the tabloids, but I never knew. That meet didnt phase me much either..ha.

I dont really see celebrities much, but I guess I'm one of those people that just is "meh" to the idea. I mean its cool, and weird, but they are just people. Dont get me wrong, I did take the ALIVE mag that Clooney rested his drinks on top of (no one else took it and why not?) and I am crazy about tabloids, ha ha, but idk...ha

So anyway, also, I have been getting ready for graduation!! I bought my cap and gown and about to buy my ring!! Its crazy I only have 5 weeks or so left!! But my move to Colorado is going well so far, I'm the first on the list for a one bedroom apartment in this really nice area outside denver and boulder and so far, the the economy in Colorado is one of the best right now and will be one of the best in the next few years, experts say. Second, Colorado is being named the next best photo city (which sucks) but hopefully I can get in and started before everyone moves camp. Idk why that trend keeps following me. First it was chicago, then that got flooded with photographers, and now its Denver, what are the chances?!


Oh and update from the last post. I think I had told you my two friends Morgan and Kesha were visiting and then my friends Lauren and Ben the day after they left were also coming up to visit. That whole week was fun! We just shopped and vegged. Its nice to have friends that have already been here come up again, because we don't have to worry about doing everything! Now its to the point where its like, whatever we already have done everything, lets do this one thing, then go back to the apt for the rest of the week or just shop. Ha. It was nice having the company! That week of the march 18th was dereks birthday so that was really fun too!! After having such a stressfull last week before spring break it was amazing to have 1) my spring break then 2) the week after have four friends visit me. I still had school work to do, but it wasnt too bad.
